1. Membership & Fees

• Payments: All membership fees must be paid in advance.

• Non-Refundable: Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

• Renewals: It is the member’s responsibility to renew their plan before the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted access.

2. Health & Safety

• Medical Fitness: Members confirm they are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent them from exercising safely.

• Risk Acknowledgment: Members use the gym equipment and facilities at their own risk. Fitness Dream is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.

• Proper Attire: Clean indoor sports shoes and appropriate gym wear must be worn at all times.

3. Gym Decorum

• Equipment Care: Please handle all weights and machines with care. Always re-rack your weights after use.

• Hygiene: Members are encouraged to use a personal sweat towel and wipe down equipment after use.

• Conduct: We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate termination of membership.

4. Personal Belongings

• Fitness Dream is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items brought into the gym. Please keep your valuables secure.

5. Facility Changes

• The management reserves the right to change gym timings, update equipment, or temporarily close the facility for maintenance with prior notice.
